What is the world coming to when youre not allowed to go to the toilet? What is the world coming to when you pay for something and then do not receive it? Surely there is some kind of law against not providing a product, service, form of entertainment which has been paid for?

First of all the show itself was quite good if you concentrate and listen. Ihave nothing against the actors/producers etc, But my whole experience was ruined by the theatre staff.
I went for my birthday with family, smartly dressed and ready to enjoy. Now there was an announcement JUST before the show started that if you leave the auditorium you will not be let back in. By this i assumed this meant the theatre, fair enough.
After the first story, during the intro to the next three of us needed to pee. We made our way to the back and, unsure, i whispered to the young lady staff member that we needed to go toilet. She clearly said, "you need to be quick to get back in", and something about 15 minutes?
We went and returned very quickly. Upon return we were told we could not go back in. From this point we were treated like something on the bottom of their shoe. Suddenly an enormous suited man arrived and was verbally threatening and aggressive. Why they need to call a bouncer i have no idea. Me my brother and my 60 yr old father were calm (but angry and surprised), well dressed and certainly didn't need some behemoth leering over us. We told him he was aggressive and he said, "if you think this is aggressive, you ain't seen aggressive". Then, whilst we were standing in a room with now two bouncers(they apparently weren't bouncers) the best they could offer us was a small room to watch the second story on an old TV. Couldn't see anything or hear it anyway. They then took us to some terrible seats on the balcony. Our original seats cost £42.50 and were on the side of the stalls near the front. My birthday night out and the experience of the show was ruined.
After the show i confronted the manager again and tried to complain. She really didnt care and the general explanation was this is the way it is and thats it, see ya! What terrible treatment, and why didnt the staff tell us when we went toilet in the first place.
No refunds, no tickets to see it again, not
