Celebrate Easter at Madsen with a traditional Scandinavian smorgasbord offering a selection of dishes from the restaurant's new Nordic Diet menu. Danish head chef Rene Madsen is laying on a range of flavoursome food in the week leading up to Easter, and the meal deal is also available on Easter Sunday and Monday.

With its emphasis on root vegetables and high protein meats and fish, the Nordic Diet is the latest trend that's being taken up by health conscious Londoners. The special lunch menu for Easter at Madsen puts a fresh spin on traditional Scandinavian food with a buffet that offers a selection of 13 dishes for £25.00 per adult and £12.50 per child.

Seasonal food
Choose from three kinds of marinated herring, smoked salmon with red onions and sour cream, roast lamb with root vegetables, and Danish meatballs with potato salad. There's also freshly baked rye bread, sourdough and crisp bread to accompany your meal.

Special Easter ale
Also on offer over Easter at Madsen is a deep red Easter Ale from Rise, a Danish microbrewery. Madsen also has a special Easter cocktail for you to try, which has been brewed for two weeks with vodka, liquorice root and organge zest.
