Family events
Children's entertainment over Easter at Museum of London includes the chance to meet curators and look at objects from the museum's collection that show how important animals have been to London's past. Kids can also join a storyteller to find out more about the Trafalgar Square lions, and go on a musical adventure around prehistoric London to encounter elephants, mammoths and cave bears.

Mythical beasts
Kids can also make their own mythical beasts at a series of art workshops over Easter at Museum of London, and hear the story of the fire of London as seen through the eyes of a horse called Tobias. There's also an animal hunt where children can roam the galleries in search of hidden animals and animal remains from London's past.

The animal themed workshops and activities for Easter at Museum of London take place from Saturday 31st March - Sunday 5th April 2012. Events are free and suitable for children aged five and over.
