Easter at Southbank Centre

There is plenty of fun to be had for all ages over Easter at Southbank Centre this year, with events for everyone over the holidays. Families can get ready for Easter at the chocolate festival, and hip hop fans can enjoy a series of live performances as part of the b.supreme festival.

Chocolate festival
Sure to be a hit with the chocoholics of all ages just before Easter at the Southbank Centre, the chocolate festival features all manner of tasting sessions, demonstrations and workshops. Master chocolatiers will be on hand to show off their talents, and you can get advice on everything from how to make the perfect truffle to how to incorporate chocolate into savoury dishes.

Easter entertainment
Away from the cocoa themed treats of the chocolate festival, the b.supreme events celebrate the role of women in hip hop with live performances and free dance workshops for Easter at the Southbank Centre. This three day event also includes a free concert by London born hip hop and garage star Ms Dynamite, who is singing live in the Clore Ballroom on Easter Sunday.

b.supreme Festival London

The Easter events at the Southbank Centre begin with the chocolate festival, which runs from Friday 26th March - Sunday 28th March 2010. Admission is free.

The b.supreme women's hip hop festival runs from Friday 2nd April - Sunday 4th April 2010. The dancing workshops and Ms Dynamite gig are free to attend.
