Serving from midday to 6pm on Easter Sunday, the lunch menu for Easter at the Water Poet includes roast sirloin of beef with honeyed parsnips, roast potatoes and all the trimmings, and British pork loin with celeriac and spinach stuffing, roast pear, Yorkshire pudding and gravy. Vegetarians will be amply catered for as well with veggie sausages, roast shallots, field mushroom, roast plum tomato and Yorkshire pudding.

Puddings galore
With all things sweet popular with most people over Easter, the Water Poet is laying on a range of desserts to please the crowds. Save some room for desserts such as apple and cinnamon Charlotte with homemade custard and peanutbutter and milk chocolate cheesecake and raspberry cream.
