Awful. They ran out of half of their draft beers on a Friday night. Pathetic.

Aggressive bouncers, one punched a friend for no discernible reason and gave him a black/bleeding eye and broken glasses. On the plus side, the police were very good at dealing with him. Never going back.

had a decent party atmosphere, however the DJ's set kept breaking down, so everyone booed literally every 30 mins (felt a bit sorry for him). The worst part of the night however was that my jacket got stolen which says a lot about the clientele. Plus, were any of the staff interested - not particularly, seems it happens quite regularly. Not good enough. Walked out the bar that night feeling gutted, cold and miserable.

you know that knack london bars have of smelling like the toilets...? this one has it down to a tee.

went here last weekend for a joint birthday - won't be darkening the door again.

the upstairs is lovely as a pub type affair but very much devoid of any atmosphere - they still serve food late on in to the night adding the aroma of pie and chips to your soiree and heaven forbid you try to adjourn to the more atmospheric / night-timey downstairs.

for a start it is TINY - don't trust the photos on the website and the ceiling really low making it claustrophobic and hot. plus presumably as the toilets are down there they don't / can't regulate who goes down there so it got so packed by 10pm that me and the few friends i could still locate made a bolt for the exit - like the northern line at clapham north at 8:15am as on a wednesday packed..... it was pointless trying to get a drink as if you could even make it to the bar your drink would get knocked out of your hand by some student type off their head on something which doesn't come in liquid form. no point trying to dance / stay with your friends as their is no room for either of these things. oh and they turn the music up so loud you are pretty much deaf. alone, crammed in a deafening, dark, hot box. happy birthday to me.

the music was pretty ropey as well despite what they say on the website - horribly mainstream at times and if you request something slightly out of the ordinary they play it for approx 20 seconds before mixing back in to the pussy cat dolls.

definitely avoid.

went there a couple of weeks ago for a nice Sunday lunch.. unfortunately it turned out to be the worst service, food and drink I have ever had. Firstly there were bits floating in the beer - to which the girl behind the bar simply looked confused as she poured it saying 'oh that looks odd'. We then ordered the roast for the price of £9.50, a price I was willing to pay for a nice warm Sunday meal. Alarm bells started ringing when we were given butter knives to cut our roast beef with, after being served these I politely went and asked if we could have something a little sharper. Again the girl behind the bar looked confused.
When the meal finally arrived we found all our vegetables to be almost frozen solid! Hardly what I would expect from a well known Old Street establishment.

After complaining yet again about the vegetables and the strange taste of the meat in general I recieved a replacement meal - one that was actually cooked through.

During the whole ordeal I did however notice that almost everyone sitting around us that ordered food, also had problems with their orders. Perhaps this place is just a total shambles on Sunday's after the partying the night before? Either way I won't be going back there again. Epic Fail.

We went for my sisters hen do. Took a while to get served.

Overall it was ok, but the for a club with a flashing dance floor I'd expect some more cheesy classic tunes.

But as a fail safe its a good option but not amazing.

6 staff. 1000 customers. Shambollic.
if you're happy to wait an hour to get served. Happy days.
The owner must be a very rich private equity firm.
