Oh dear.... i don't really know how they can call it a club when really it's a box, i went for my birthday... big mistake. The door staff all have some kind of learning disability...maybe thats why they work on the door. The staff inside don't actually know what they are doing, the bar staff made terrible cocktails only one out of the five tasted as it should... we changed to champers quickly. The music was good... at times, but the crowd was terrible, most were poorly dressed, there were 100 girls to one guy... by guy i mean granddad. Old men perving on young girls. Toliets were very dirty. This was all round terrible...so bad that we moved on....

went there last night and a fantastic time. had a table for five and were treated excellently by all the staff. bouncers were pleasant and the staff in the VIP area too. definately worth a night out there...music was pretty good and the drinks werent too overpriced, the same as any high-end club.

I dont understand the 1 star ratings??
I went a few months back and had a really nice time..the girl on the door had a bit of an attitude. The bouncers, however, couldn't have been nicer and the manager even came up to us and asked if we were having a good time. (we weren't in the vip section)
the dance floor is a bit small but all in all i think it's a good club, with a mixture of good music!
for those who are saying despite being on a guestlist, they were refused entry, most west end clubs do say they have the right to refuse entry to whoever they like. no need to be bitter about it though..
sometimes a smile & a bit of conversation with bouncers go a long way..
would deffinately recommend Embassy if you've never been before and looking for a good night out in West London!

Went to Embassy on Friday 29/09/08, Disappointing...By reading the actual embassy reviews I thought it would be a lovely place to go & have fun...Told all my pals to dress up as it apparently had these high standards....When we got inside, they started moaning & showing me what most of the guys were wearing, Caps, trainers....

Was i wrong....Firstly the bouncers are rude and upbrupt, overlooked that..... Went to the bar, Bar staff were even worse, drinks are definatley overpriced for a place like that, come on, I've been to places with High standards & Embassy clearly does noes not come any thing close to it.

Although i should say I thoroughly enjoyed the music they were playing upstairs. I think it was house music. Downstairs was horrible, The DJ was making comments over the mike, that's so old school, There was a group of guys dancing in a circle, so each time one of them would try & chat up a friend or myself...Sweat smells from different angles.

This place is definatley a NO NO!

This place is for WAG wannabes but sometimes it's kinda fun. I think you need to leave your dignity at the door a little and get absorbed in the craziness of the night!

I am very shocked at everyone's reviews!

I went to the Embassy Sat 26 April for my 20th with my boyfriend and we had the best night.
A small, stylish club with very nice people and staff. We didnt have to deal with the bouncers because we ate there too and they wasnt on the door when we went in at 8pm. The food was lovely.
Drinks are a little pricey, but for the evening, well worth the money.
I will be visiting again soon !!!

I was going to book this venue for my forthcoming birthday but on reading this own websites review I will now BE AVOIDING THIS VENUE and tell all my aquaintances to do likewise.
WHY? well if a "not very good" restaurant tries to make up for the fact the food isn't quality by putting such vile dishes as FOIE GRAS and VEAL on the menu then i say to the management: SHAME ON YOU!
In a society growing more aware of how our food is produced and turning our backs on factory farmed chickens why the hell is a London Club still serving duck livers (foie gras is produced by force feeding the birds in order to make their livers swell up) and veal (the meat of young male dairy calves and is illegal to produce white veal in this country as the system is considered cruel to the animals)??
I will be writing to them and sending their details to compassion in world farming.
NO STARS!

Where to start? It was my mates birthday and despite having a guestlist and the bouncers and door staff knowing this they were still damn right rude and arrogant!

The venue isn't the biggest but it's not to bad, and has a good vibe about it. What a shame that vibe is spoiled by the people there. Seriously the majority of the people there are stuck up and act like their some sort of celebrity. The bar staff are UNBELIEVABLE!!! They are the rudest bar staff I've ever met. You'd think for the prices you pay for the drinks they might be friendly or at the very least show customers a bit of respect. Guess that's not the way it works at Embassy.

So if you like over paying, snobby people, and very arrogant staff all around then head down to Embassy and you'll have the best night of your life. Personally I don't plan on going there ever again and would much rather go to a quality club up London.
