sadly this place isn't all it's chalked up to be if you don't fit into society's mould of perfect, young, beautiful and stylish. i suffered discrimination of embarrassing proportions here and it was a terrible experience. why can't the management just turn away the unmentionables and unwanteds outright at the door and save the shame people have to face walking away from the laughter of shallow, drunk people? there is no class or opulence in this place. just vanity, shallowness and idiocy.

Never been, was thinking about it but I am going on King5555 reviews!
Won't bother. All these places think they are just too good - JUST ME YOU'RE NOT. It's never fun, always come home thinking I wish I had never wasted my time and good hard earned money.
So thank you King5555 you confirmed what I already thought about this place.

I was there a few weeks ago and had a good nite
we was a group of 4 boys and just 2 girls
and we couldnt get in to other clubs

but than we met a promoter of the club, she got us in for free
and gave as some free drinks as well, so it was very easy going.

The music was okay, not very special at all
but I had a great nite with my friends there

I maybe will go there again, but only with a promoter!
Than I can be sure to get in and not wait to long in the cold..

Worse club ever in London they should just stick to the restaurant business if they even good at that

Club scene is a shame and the old hag at the door thinks shes better then everybody else a club to avoid by all means
worse service, small tables and crap music is adreadful, like of a radio station and the crowd was vile

go to any other club and your going to have a good time

This one obviously has no idea on customer services i would give this club no stars if i could

Definitely never go here people at the door are full of themselves and need a slap.

That lady on the door needs to be dismissed

Booked a table for 15 people for a friends 21st birthday, was very disappointed. Was shoved on a tiny table that only had 6 seats, which was under the staircase so we could not move. The music was awful and was charged 15% service to the waitress to carry the drinks two steps from the bar. They did not do anything for my friend, although it was prewarned it was her 21st, after a complaint they brought out a cake which had the wrong name on it. Awful service, very snobby and terrible customer care, would not go again, more of a bar than a club. Spent a lot of money and was not happy, better off going somewhere like runway , where they look after you a little better and the music and atmosphere is more friendly.

A group of 12 of us went to Embassy on 19/3/11 after Sky Bar let us down (even after booking a table with them) so we desperately went to Embassy as it wasn't too far. We met a lovely promoter outside called Mark I think, who sorted us out a table and we all got in fine (even though sky Bar had said 2 of our party didn't have the 'right image') yet we had no problem with the door staff, who, despite previous reviews, seemed to be lovely and friendly! Mark got us a table and then managed to get us an even bigger table in a great area of the venue, and got us great deals on our drinks, he bought them over for us so we didn't even need to go to the bar. We thought our night was going to be terrible because Sky bar ruined our plans, but actually I'm glad they did because we had an amazing night at Embassy! Yes the downstairs is a bit crowded but that is the atomosphere of most clubs I've been too and I didn't think it was overcrowed. The music was really good too. I can't thank Embassy enough for saving my friends birthday we are totally grateful and will no doubt be back again, I know where to go next time I'm in London!

Avoid Embassy London by any means necessary. I paid for a table but waited for it for over an hour. We waited outside in the que for 40 minutes then to be told we all had to pay an extra £20 to get in as it was 11.05pm and only free before 11pm? Even though we had been there waiting to get in well before this time! The door host, a lady called Rachel was very bitchy and rude. Worst hosts and defiantly the worst customer service I have experienced from a west end nightclub by far. I will not be returning

I can only say bad things about this club. Although we were on a birthday guestlist a month prior to going we had to wait over an hour in the freezing cold. When we eventually got into the place the people were mostly sleazy old men and desperate girls wanting to get with a rich guy.
It was so full in the club that I got trod on a million times. I will never go to this club again.

Also the club is small, and I was so fed up of the atmosphere I only stayed an hour.
