Enchanted Christmas House

Take your little ones on a magical trip around the Enchanted Christmas House, where they can come face to face with Santa and a whole host of Christmas characters, as well as take part in fabulous Christmas drama, music and crafts.

Festive house
With the whole of the London Art House decorated in festive style to create a magical experience for kids, the Enchanted Christmas House in Islington is bound to be a popular choice with families over the Christmas period. Specially designed with children aged 1 - 9 in mind, the project is the brainchild of child psychologist and parenting book author Dr Margot Sunderland, with many of the sets and interiors created by theatrical designer and children's book illustrator Nicky Armstrong.

Interactive fun
The children's tour of the Enchanted Christmas House includes a series of interactive workshops and activities, where kids can make presents with the Christmas elves, have their faces painted, get hands on in the Gingerbread Kitchen and visit the Garden of Winter Wonder. Children also have the chance to perform in a puppet play, dress up and let their creativity run wild.

Meet Santa
For many kids, one of the highlights of the Enchanted Christmas House is bound to be the Santa's Grotto, where they can enjoy a private audience with Santa and receive a special present as a memento of their visit. Meanwhile, in the sitting room children can gather around and enjoy a live interactive Christmas show full of awe and wonder, while the adults relax with mince pies and mulled wine.

The Enchanted Christmas House is open from Saturday 26th November - Sunday 27th November and from Saturday 3rd December - Saturday 24th December 2011.
