The staff at Errol Douglas are extremely professional and focused on customer service.

There's nothing worse than going to a high end salon and receiving snotty and indifferent service while paying over the odds, i.e. the now (thankfully) defunct Desmond Murray circus.

The atmosphere at Errol Douglas is relaxed and welcoming. The sylists and juniors deliver value for money every time.

My rating would be five out of five were it not for the pretty poor offering of dog-eared mags. For those prices they could invest in a better selection.
