This bonfire night witness some real fireworks and spend an evening with Heston Blumenthal as he discusses what makes him sparkle in the kitchen.

Heston is launching one of the most exciting recipe books of recent times, The Fat Duck Cookbook, and the entire night promises to be one treat after another for genuine food lovers. After a Champagne reception Heston will be interviewed by Jay Rayner, restaurant critic for The Observer. You can then tuck in to a stunning three course menu and also enjoy a drop of fine wine. The event will also be a book signing so you can have the chance to meet Heston as he signs copies of his book.
