Celebrate the opening of the new Roald Dahl and Quentin Blake exhibition at the V&A Museum of Childhood at the Fantastic Frobscottle weekend. Entertaining kids over the first May bank holiday weekend, the special events include an appearance by the well loved illustrator himself, Quentin Blake.

Fantastic Frobscottle weekend
Taking its name from the delicious drink loved by the BFG, the Fantastic Frobscottle weekend at the Museum of Childhood is free to attend, and no booking is required. Expect plenty of activities to keep the kids amused over the weekend, which all tie into the new exhibition of Roald Dahl and Quentin Blake's work at the museum.

Quentin Blake will be at the Museum of Childhood at the end of Fantastic Frobscottle weekend from 11am - 12pm, Monday 4th May 2009. Fans can bring their books to be signed by the popular illustrator and meet the man face to face.

The events for Fantastic Frobscottle weekend take place from 10.30am - 12.30pm and 2pm - 4pm, Saturday 2nd May - Monday 4th May 2009. Quentin Blake will be at the museum from 11am - 12pm on Monday 4th May. The drop in activities are free to attend, and are suitable for children aged over three.
