Another of the free fitness classes hitting the streets over the summer, Fight Klub at The Scoop is a serious exercise class. Perfect for an early morning wake up call or getting yourself psyched up for a full on day at the office, Fight Klub brings the boxing ring to The Scoop with pumping music and free standing training bags which will really let you rip. A unique class that allows you to move freely around your boxing 'opponent' and strike more effectively, here is you chance to let that inner fighter out and into the arena.

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities, the class is taught by Troy Dureh from 37 Degrees gym. You will need to turn up ten minutes early to your first class to complete a health and fitness questionaire.

Fight Klub at The Scoop takes place every Wednesday until the 27th August 2008.
