Power Plate is fantastic - i am a big fan! This studio is great, Jane is so nice but really pushes you hard. The benefits are great and they have some really great classes like yoga on the power plate. I am booking a course before my holday in the summer, so i look my best in my bikini.

I often pop in here after work - it's a tremendous venue with excellent staff and facilities. And being slap bang in the middle of the city means you can do an hour or so and grab a tube home at a reasonable hour.
