When Turnmills closed its doors forever, it was a sad time for clubbers across the capital. Slowly but surely, Turnmills' best promoters and nights have been snapped up by the next big things. That’s where Cable steps in. For the first time in 10 years, the people behind Turnmills’ legendary Heavenly Social parties are back with a new event. Welcome to Forever Heavenly at Cable.
New Monthly Night
The launch party of the monthly Forever Heavenly at Cable will see Micachu unleashing his second mixtape Kewsachu (a follow-up to last year’s Filthy Friends), a project done in collaboration with XL’s Kwes. Contributions to the tape come courtesy of The XX, The Invisible, Man Like Me, Rowdy Superstar, Ghost Poet, Dels, Elan, Lime Headed Dog, Dog Bite and Gold Panda.

Since its launch, Cable has had a definite impact on Southwark’s growing club scene. SeOne and The Arches have new competition and the cutting edge line-up of DJs and new nights like Forever Heavenly at Cable have impressed clubbers. A taste of things to come.
Forever Heavenly at Cable is a monthly event that takes place 10pm-6am on the first Friday of every month. Entry is £10 advance, £12 on the door.
