Feel the burn this summer with the free fitness classes at The Scoop. Held from May to July 2013, Get Fit For Free at The Scoop is your chance to get toned for the beach, fit for the clubs and generally healthier all round. Taking place every Wednesday morning, there is no excuse not to take part in this weekly class before work. Get Fit for Free with Dance Before you get into the free fitness classes at The Scoop in May, there are the various dance lessons taking place from the 5th - 7th June that you can get into. You can try your hand a some 30's and 40's swing styles, or perhaps go a little more exotic with the Brazilian Zouk Dance and if they are aren't hip enough for you, you can always try the street dance lessons where you can learn some cool new moves. All of these lessons include professional performances too, so its not all about the fitness! The Dance classes take place from 6.30pm on the following dates: 5th June - Ronnie Scott’s Rejects and Swing Dance 6th June - Brazilian Zouk Dance 7th June - Movement Factory – Street Dance Boot Camp A seriously full on cardiovascular training programme, the Boot Camp workout combines high intensity aerobics and military style exercises for a complete body workout during the next phase of the free fitness classes at the Scoop to cater for your summer exercise needs. High in motivation but with simple moves, even the most uncoordinated and wobbly gym goer will be able to perform the moves and start busting that fat! The Boot Camp classes take place from 7.30am every Wednesday from 1st May - 31st July 2013 Summer exercise All of the free fitness classes at the Scoop are suitable for any fitness level, but you will have to turn up ten minutes early before your first session to complete a health and fitness questionnaire. Classes are limited in number, so to guarantee yourself a place, please ensure that you arrive early. The Get Fit for Free sessions at the Scoop take place from 7.30am - 8.30am, 1st May - 31st July 2013.
