Right in the middle of the summer holidays, Free Time at Somerset House lets children get creative with four days of music, dance, art and storytelling.

With free performances, free activities and workshops and free fun to be had all day, the long weekend is a great chance for kids to let off steam after schools out and stop them from getting bored too soon.

Entertainment at Free Time at Somerset House comes from the likes of Gandini Juggling who are set to perform some amazing feats of acrobatics with their flying objects or if you fancy something a little off the wall, kids can get stuck into a performance of Hoop La La, as they spin their multiple hula hoops. And for budding artists, there is the chance to create artworks from recycled material, inspired by the exhibitions and installations at Somerset House itself.

Create mazes, go on magical storytelling journeys, uncover the treasures of the Gilbert collection or transform the Learning Centre into a sparkling creative paradise. Every day from 11am onwards kids can get involved with anything and everything with Free Time at Somerset House.
