We went with our 4 grandchildren (aged 3-8 years) and 2 daughters to meet Santa today. What a lovely experience. The elf was full of fun and wonderful with the children. Santa was wonderful too! His story of the boy who slept through Christmas will stay in the children's memories as their Grandad was 'that boy'. there was lots of fun and laughter and every child was spoken to by name and given an opportunity to speak to Santa. The books they were given were a huge success -- the 2 eight year olds had their noses in their Harry Potter secrets as soon as we left the Grotto-- and at lunch the 5 year old was reading her book and the 3 year old insisting hers was read over and over again. Altogether a lovely family Christmas experience enjoyed by 3 generations.

This is not like any other Santa "experience" I have been to. For half an hour Santa chatted to my son, (it was a quiet period at the beginning of the season, but that did not diminish the effort put in), telling fascinating tales in his grotto. It may not look terribly exiting on the outside, but don't let that put you off; inside it's far more welcoming.

My 7 year old was so in awe he could hardly speak. I came away completely smitten with the magic of Christmas and believing in Father Christmas myself. Santa and his Elf do an amazing job here and the children come away with a thoughtful book and a photo of themselves with the Great Man, along with being told useful advice on how to conduct themselves on Christmas Eve. I suspect that this will prove to be the best £15 I'll spend this Christmas.

We took my four year old nephew to see Santa on Sunday. To be honest I wasn't expecting too much but it was a complete delight. This is the most authentic Santa I have seen (this side of the North Pole) and he was absolutely wonderful with a very shy Finn. You get a quality gift and a great photo with Santa to take away. The website does not do this justice, I can fully recommend this experience.

Such a lovely experience. There was no rushing in and out - the children got to sit in a lovely, cosy Santa's house with their parents for about half an hour. Santa was amazing - really good with the children and a sense of humour too :-) There majority of children were up to 7 years old and although it was probably suited to that age my older twins (age 11) loved it too. Really great :-)
