The three course Galvin at Windows Easter menu begins with starters such as Loch Duart salmon, Dorset crab, avocado puree and Barccaro caviar, or risotto of cep mushrooms, aged Parmesan and sherry jellies.

Main course
Mains on the Galvin at Windows Easter menu include fillet of turbot, lobster mousseline, buttered clams and cauliflower puree. There's also breast of Poulet Anglais, with braised baby leeks, roast carrot puree, ravioli of braised leg and jus gras.

Child friendly
