I actually go to the Good Vibes classes in Fitzrovia but I am sure the experience is the same across the studios.

I was lucky enough to win the Bikini Bootcamp Good Vibes course and it has been absolutely brilliant. From the moment I was contacted about booking the class, through to the Fitzrovia receptionist and the individual instructors, the service has been excellent.

I have really enjoyed the classes - they are short enough to easily fit into a very busy working day yet high impact enough to know you have made a difference. My strength and muscle appearance has certainly improved.

Your first session will feel rather odd - wobberly legs, vibrating vision - but there is a great atmosphere and the instructors are very supportive.

The only reason I haven't given it five stars is due to the expense of the classes but I'm sure I'll be back again after my course is finished as it's been a great success!

I have been using Good Vibes for a few years now and - other than the major benefit of a quick, convenient and effective workout - have always appreciated the sincere and personal touch that I am treated to on each visit (not lease of all from the owner actually, she sets a fabulous trend for them all to follow).
The staff seem to remember every client, notice each improvement and set individual, achievable targets. They are all exceptionally knowledgeable and informed in their exercise and fitness field and the fact that they are approachable and friendly makes it easy to really feel that the workout benefits you and works towards your personal goals.

For that reason, I've recommended Good Vibes to friends, family and clients. And will continue to do so: For a firm bum and belly and lean thighs with a large helping of great banter and encouragement, I'd go nowhere else.

I've been using Good Vibes for a while now. Not only can I vouch for the effectiveness of the training (brilliant results and fast!) I'd also like to say how lovely all the staff are too.
I was slightly puzzled to read of the bad experience of the other reviewer because I've met the owner quite a few times at classes and i've never found her to be anything less than totally sweet and encouraging. I can't speak for anyone else but I would say that please don't let this put you off. Good Vibes is a really friendly, warm place and i actually really enjoy going there (which is more than I can say for the gym!). Everyone is fantastic and my bum and thighs have never been firmer - what more can you ask for?

I have been going to this studio on and off for a couple of years now and absolutely love it. The trainers are fantastic, the staff are lovely, the space is bright and welcoming, and I have never been as fit and toned as when I was going there 3 times a week.

Sessions are only 25 minutes long but you get worked pretty hard - the guys who work there are all personal trainers so you don't get an easy ride! But they're always friendly and have been happy to give advice too - even if it eats into the few minutes they get off between classes. If you're lucky you might even get taught by the mistress of the good vibes universe herself! I think it's a sign of a company created out of passion that despite having a chain of studios the owner still teaches, and her classes are always great fun - in fact she's the reason I kept coming back in the first place.

I have converted several friends into Good Vibes fans, one in particular went in the run-up to her wedding - and looked fabulous on the day! If only I still worked near Covent Garden I'd be going much more regularly... I'm hoping they open a studio near me soon...

I booked 10 classes with Good Vibes Covent Garden (Off-Peak) so it means you book these classes in advance and can not change them.

I injured myself last week and I had 2 classes left. I called and asked the receptionist if I could postponed these classes to the following week as I wanted to book for 10 more and was worried I would injured myself more if I came.

She was very nice and friendly and said I needed a note from my doctor. So when I went back on Monday with my doctor's note, I explained the situation to the owner who was at the desk, she lost it, was extremely rude and aggressive and said my 2 lessons were lost.

I tried to explain that I would have come if the receptionist would have said to me that, but she did not.

So she shouted and at the end, allowed me to attend the class I came for, but said the last class was lost.

So I just did my session and when I was leaving, I just said to her, it was ashamed as I really like the classes and the teachers but she was so upset, she replied: "WE HAVE PLENTY OF OTHER CLIENTS SO DO NOT WORRY"!!!

How rude was that!!!! I replied: "Good for you" and left. She made me feel very bad, like I tried to steal something from her!!

It was no need to be soooo rude and aggressive..If you decide to go there, try hard to AVOID HER!! She is really not nice, trust me...

It's true - power plates are the way forward! Unless you have around £3000 to pay for one, I suggest joining Good Vibes!
