Head to Hyde Park and enjoy a day of stirring songs at the UK Gospel Music Festival. London is playing host to the first festival of its kind in July 2011, with 18 British acts and one special guest from the USA taking to the stage.

Free summer festival
In inaugural UK Gospel Music Festival London event features a range of different acts and choirs taking to the stage to deliver their unique take on contemporary gospel music. Fans can expect gospel with a hip hop twist or dance along to acts putting indie, rock and RnB spins on the traditional gospel genre.

The lineup
For the first ever UK Gospel Music Festival, London artists such as Coco Dupree and Noel Robinson will be taking to the stage alongside musicians from across the UK. Other singers on the lineup include the soulful Marsha Garrick, Hackney born MOBO Award winner Victizzle, rapper Dwayne Tryumf and energetic choir New-Ye.
