Taking you on a whistle stop tour around some of London's top restaurants, the Gourmet Odyssey gives foodies the chance to enjoy some of the best cusine the city has to offer.

Starting with a glass of champagne at the Met Bar in Mayfair or The Savoy, food fans have the chance to go on one of four bus tours of some of London's best restaurants, or go on a walking tour of restaurants in Covent Garden, Soho and Clerkenwell. Enjoy a starter at one restaurant, a main at another, and dessert at a third during the event, which aims to give you a taste of what London's premier eating establishments have to offer.

The four itineraries
There are four Gourmet Odyssey at London Restaurant Festival bus tour itineraries to choose from, including the Piccadilly Gourmet Odyssey which takes in the culinary delights of Amaranto, Wild Honey and Seven Park Place. There's also a Pall Mall tour, which features a starter at Benares, a main course at The Square, and pudding at Quince.

Belgravia and Park Lane restaurants
The Belgravia Gourmet Odyssey at London Restaurant Festival tour includes meals at Nahm, Hibiscus and Theo Randall at The Intercontinental. Meanwhile, the Park Lane gourmet tour includes visits to restaurants including the River Restaurant at The Savoy, Massimo Restaurant and Oyster Bar and Maze.

Food critic
Adding to the high class food experience, a well known restaurant critic or chef will be on board the Routemaster bus with you to point out all the culinary highlights of your trip through the streets of London. There'll be plenty of opportunities to compare notes with the professionals and your fellow diners between courses.
