A stunning Grace Jones photo exhibition takes place at the Vinyl Factory in London in 2010 as the renowned musical icon collaborates with a ground breaking artist.

Renowned for her striking looks and her long held musical career, Grace Jones has come together with the innovative light artist Chris Levine to create some truly stunning images for his latest exhibition. Having captured the Queen in 3D back in 2008, Chris Levine has now moved onto work with the legendary Grace Jones.

3D portraits
The pictures of the Queen taken by Levine for his exhibition Lightness of Being were an amazing series of images in 3D. The Grace Jones photo exhibition goes one step further, showing pictures of the singer in holographic 3D. Entitled Stillness at Speed of Light, the pictures highlight the extraordinary skill with which the cutting edge light artist creates his fantastic images.

Exhibition highlights
One of the most impressive pictures from the Grace Jones photo exhibition is that of Jones, taken with her eyes shut in a ethereal, holographic portrait. Gleaming with different colours and lights, the image is extremely striking. Visitors to the exhibition will no doubt be struck by the use of extraordinary light in this unusual photo.

Creative talent
Not only did Grace Jones pose for the exhibition photos, but she also asked Levine to direct her latest music video, Love You to Life. The musician is renowned for having worked with fresh and innovative artistic talent such as Andy Warhol, Keith Harring, Jean Paul Goude and Eiko Ishioka, and now having worked with Chris Levine, his skills will no doubt be compared with these illustrious artists.

The Grace Jones photo exhibition, Stillness at the Speed of Light takes place from Friday 30th April - Sunday 13th May 2010. Entrance is free.
