Graduate Fashion Week London is a four day event taking place at Battersea Park, presenting cutting edge fashion and design from a selection of up and coming designers. Visitors to the 2008 show can expect styles galore throughout the event, and plenty of inspiration for the summer.

Sixteen years of fashion
This year marks the 16th anniversary of Graduate Fashion Week, originally launched to showcase BA graduate fashion design from across the UK. The event has become one of the UK’s biggest platforms for emerging fashion talent, including prestigious awards for highlight students.

World class fashion in London
Graduate Fashion Week London features over 40 of the country’s top fashion and textile institutions, presenting a line up of new designs from the industry’s freshest creative talent. Fashion enthusiasts can get clued up on all the new trends and maybe catch the next big thing in high street design.

Live catwalk shows at Graduate Fashion Week London
Universities taking part in Graduate Fashion Week will showcase the best of their student collections in separate catwalk shows, offering a glimpse of the future of fashion. Industry figures will be scouting for talent throughout the show and members of the public are welcome to join in for a bit of talent spotting.

Special guests and events
A selection of special guests will take part in special Audience With sessions, discussing fashion related topics in a lively, open environment. Graduate Fashion Week also includes a special gala ceremony on the closing day where awards will be presented, including a £20,000 cheque for the winner of the River Island Gold Award.

Graduate Fashion Week London takes place at the Earls Court 2 from Sunday 8th June to Thursday 12th June 2008. Exhibition tickets are £10.00. University Show tickets (including admission to the exhibition) are £10.00 and Gala Show tickets are £25.00.
