Get a tour of the Hackney Empire during the Open House London weekend and explore the architecture of the Grade II listed theatre.

Edwardian architecture
A beautiful example of Edwardian variety theatre design, the Hackney Empire also features new backstage areas and restored interiors for architecture fans to feast their eyes upon. The guided tours take in the foyer, auditorium, stage door and annex.

The Hackney Empire Open House tours take place from 10am and 12pm, Saturday 17th September - Sunday 18th September 2011. Admission is free.
