Some of London's top chefs are uniting to help at the Haiti earthquake charity banquet, including John Burton Race, Chris Galvin of Galvin Restaurants, Atul Kochar of Benares and Herbert Berger of 1 Lombard Street. Vickram Purewal of Le Bouchon Breton is also adding his culinary skills to the event, and the kitchens of the stylish Spitalfields venue will be the location for this exciting artistic collaboration.

With some of the best chefs around donating their cookery skills to the Haiti earthquake charity banquet, the six course feast is bound to be something to remember. The night's events also include a raffle and a luxury auction to raise even more money for those in need.

Action Against Hunger
Money raised from the Haiti earthquake charity banquet will go towards the Action Against Hunger organisation, which is trying to ensure that vital aid gets to where it is most needed as quickly as possible. The six course feast at le Bouchon Breton has been coordinated by the Foodepedia food writed Sabrina Ghayour, and is bound to be an important date in the calendar for many a foodie.

The Haiti earthquake charity banquet takes place from 6.30pm - 11pm, Monday 8th February 2010. Tickets cost £175.00, which includes food, wine and soft drinks.
