Born to Rock
Harrods Rocks will also feature Born To Rock, a collection of personally customised guitars created by loads of celebrities. Stop by and see guitars designed by Bryan Adams with Kate Moss, Agnes B, Graham Coxon, Diane von Furstenberg, David LaChapelle and Jennifer Lopez, to name just a few.
Fashion Show
A number of one of a kind pieces have been designed for a fashion show to celebrate the 40th anniversary of Harrod’s young fashion department, Way IN. The show will model the latest trends in jeans on the catwalk and will benefit Jeans for Genes, a charity that raises money for research into inherited conditions which affect children. The charity will also be auctioning off pairs of jeans signed by celebrities including Graham Norton, Bryan Ferry and Rachel Stevens. There’ll also be a denim bar where you can create your perfect pair of jeans – so no more trying on dozens of pairs before you find one that actually fits.
Harrods Rocks is on view from Thursday 1st February – Saturday 3rd March 2007. Harrods opening times are 10am – 8pm Monday – Saturday and noon – 6pm Sunday. Nearest tube: Knightsbridge.
