Thai New Year hits town in April and what better way is there to celebrate than by learning how to create your own delicious Thai cuisine from one of its masters. A Harrods Thai cookery course takes place on 6th April, where you can learn all the secrets of creating fabulous Thai meals before eating the fruits of your labour.

Hosted jointly by Harrods and the Halkin Hotel's famous Nahm restaurant, the Thai cookery course begins with a private tour of the Harrods Food Halls. Here Nahm's Executive Chef will showcase some of the delicious ingredients and fresh produce that is involved in Thai cookery.

You will then be whisked off by car to Nahm's kitchen to change into your chef's whites before you prepare a number of fantastically tasty dishes. The Harrods Thai cookery course will not only allow you to learn the correct techniques for preparation but also give you the opportunity to explore the subtle flavours and cuisine of Thailand to the full.

Once you and your fellow Thai cookery course students have created a sumptuous Thai banquet you will be invited to sit down and enjoy all the food that you have cooked.
