Part of London Jewellery Week, the free Hatton Garden Festival promises plenty of fun for the whole family in the celebrated jewellery district.

Jewellery festival
Transforming the traditional jewellery district into an all out street party for the day, the Hatton Garden Festival features live music and food that's bound to be a hit with all ages. There's even a Thienot Champagne bar where you can get in the mood for all things sparkly with a glass of bubbles.

Traditional skills
Those who appreciate the finer things in life are in for a treat at the Hatton Garden Festival, which includes contributions from some of London's finest jewellers. See traditional skills being demonstrated in the manufacturing tent and get a behind the scenes tour at open studio events at the jewellers nearby.

Platform Gallery
Another highlight of the Hatton Garden Festival is bound to be the Platform Gallery exhibition, which is showcasing work from some of the most promising up and coming designers. If you're on the lookout for something special, there's even the chance to buy a unique design for yourself or your loved one.

The Hatton Garden Festival takes place from 10am - 5pm, Saturday 11th June 2011. Admission is free.
