HMS Belfast
Europe's largest preserved warship which was launched in 1938 and saved for the nation, is moored on the Thames near Tower Bridge. A tour of this great ship from World War II will take you from the Captain's Bridge, through the mess decks, galley, gun turrets, sick bay and punishment cells, to below the water line in the massive engine and boiler rooms seven decks below. There are also special events for children during school holidays.
