Christmas carols in the garden
An unusual approach to your average Christmas carol concert, the Horniman Museum invites you into the garden for a festive afternoon of music and fun. Perfect for kids and family, this is an ideal way to get into the festive spirit in a relaxed and child friendly environment.

Festive tunes
Not only will you have the chance to sing your heart out to some traditional Christmas songs, you will also hear the wonderful sound of the English Baroque Choir as they perform at the Horniman Museum Christmas Carol Concert too. Joining them for the event will be the Crystal Palace Band with suitably Christmassy music.

Family entertainment
Along with all the seasonal carols and music, kids and family can also enjoy some more festive treats as the Horniman Museum gardens come over all traditional for Christmas. Roasted chestnuts, toy stalls and free Santa's grotto will keep the little ones entertained, and hot and cold refreshments will be available for all.

The Horniman Museum Christmas Carol Concert takes place on Sunday 12th December 2010 in the Bandstand in the gardens and is free to attend. The stalls run from 3pm - 6pm, while the carols take place from 5pm - 6pm.
