An exhibition entitled the House of Annie Lennox at V&A Museum takes place as part of their Postmodernism exhibition this winter, as the international singer showcases her varied talents.

The V&A is hosting a Postmodernism exhibition throughout the winter of 2011/12 and is including a selection of satellite exhibitions which are on show around the museum. The first of these is a display which displays the image and creative vision of the former singer for the Eurythmics.

On show
Having been a performer for the best part of four decades Annie Lennox has become internationally renowned for her music and for her charitable endeavours. Alongside costumes and accessories that have been worn on stage and for music videos, visitors to the House of Annie Lennox at V&A will also be able to see a selection of photos that chart her changing image over the years.

Personal touches
Making this exhibition even more special for Lennox fans is the selection of personal items donated for display by the singer, along with awards and ephemera from various political campaigns in which she has been involved. Fans of the musician can also hear recorded interviews and watch her music videos as part of the House of Annie Lennox at V&A Museum, and a specially commissioned film of Annie in conversation will no doubt be one of the most popular exhibits.

The House of Annie Lennox at V&A Museum takes place from Thursday 15th September 2011 - Sunday 26th February 2012. Entrance is free.
