Head to the ice cream masterclass at Peter Jones and learn how to make the perfect homemade ice cream with head chef Chris McLean.

Retro ice cream
Open to budding chefs, families and hands-on foodies alike, each ice cream masterclass at Peter Jones gives you all the guidance and advice you need to make your own vintage inspired ice cream at home. The drop in ice cream making workshops show you how to create caramel and toffee ice cream, as well as blueberry and raspberry ripple and mint choc chip.

The ice cream masterclass at Peter Jones takes place from 6pm, Wednesday 27th July and 10.30am, Saturday 30th July 2011. The workshops are free, and no booking is required. For more information, call 020 7730 3434.
