Do you have what it takes to brave the frozen wastes of the Natural History Museum? Join the penguins and freeze in the museum with the Ice Station Antarctica exhibition.

The Natural History Museum is looking for brave volunteers to take to visit the ice station and brave the below zero temperatures, cope with the 24 hour a day darkness and stay alive on a scary snowmobile ride.

Visitors to the Natural History Museum Antarctic exhibition have the chance to meet some of the wildlife resident to the Antarctic, expereince the extremes of the continent and see what it takes to work in this extreme environment and care for it.

Under the guidance of the Ice Station Commander, kids and family can also take part in a variety of exciting Antarctic challenges, such as diving under the ice and living in a rather smelly penguin colony.

An exciting and unsual way to spend your holidays or weekends, the Ice Station Antartica experience is a must do to get away from the heat and the bustle of the city. If you would like to book tickets for the Ice Station Antarctic exhibition at Natural History Museum, phone 020 7942 5494 for more information.
