Giving you the chance to test your winter sports skills for Christmas 2009, the new ice track at Wembley Stadium is giving the self styled home of football an icy makeover during the festive season.

Ice skating for Christmas
Called ICExperience, the ice track at Wembley Stadium is brand new for Christmas 2009, and joins all the other ice skating and winter sports events taking place across London. The longest real ice skating track in Britain so far, the rink runs around the world famous football pitch.

Treat for footie fans
Giving football fans the chance to see what it's like to be pitch side at the iconic sports venue, the ice track at Wembley Stadium is also joined by a range of other football themed attractions and exhibits for Christmas 2009. If you've always dreamed of following in the steps of Beckham and Rooney then this might be the closest you ever get to walking the turf of Wembley, so lace up your skates, pull on your thickest mittens, and prepare to glide around the grounds in true festive style.

Food and drink stalls
Although a skate around the ice track at Wembley Stadium is likely to burn off a few excess mince pies over the yuletide season, there's plenty of food and drink stalls at ICExperience to stop you being too virtuous. Kids are also amply catered for at the winter wonderland style event.
