The Italian chefs that will be taking part in the second Identita London festival include the likes of Massimo Bottura, Gennaro Esposito, Davide Scabin and Andrea Berton so it really is the cream of the Italian crop which will be showcasing their skills. Joining them will be British chefs, Ashley Palmer-Watts, Sat Bains, Jason Atherton and Heinz Beck, so expect pearls of wisdom from some of our capital’s favourite talents too. And if that's not enough, the best of the international cheffing world will be represented too, with Daniel Patterson, Wylie Dufresne, Alex Stupak, David Chang, Alvin Leung and Alexandre Gauthier all in attendance.
