A feast for the senses
Fans of Italian food will love the sumptuous feast created by chef David Atkinson, who has sampled the best ingredients from all the various Italian regions and brought their fresh flavours to the heart of London. Visitors to the food festival can enjoy a range of special dishes which include clams in the half shell with shallot vinaigrette and Sicilian lemon, Pavese chicken broth with poached egg and parmesan, and a Milanese specialty veal dish, Osso Buco in rich stock.

Taking place at the vamped-up West Eleven restaurant, the gorgeous dishes featured in the Italian Food Festival reflect the newly decorated restaurant's rich tones and cutting edge, contemporary feel. The festival celebrates the recent £8m refurbishment of the Hilton hotel, with many of its 601 bedrooms being given a new, stylish twist.
