I have ordered flowers from Jane Packer Delivered recently for my friend, she did not only receive the wrong arrangement, customer service woman on the phone was totally rude, i did not like her tone, she was very arrogant and sounded like a machine. terribly awful to receive such poor service from a lovely brand. i usually buy ready flowers in bags from the Jane Packer shop which are lovely and so is the service.
I am only giving one star, this is not for the flowers as they cannot be faulted. The reason for the one star is the delivery and customer service of Jane Packer Delivered. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines day and on checking the order status online at 10.00am it showed as waiting to ship so I called customer service. I was told by the lady that the flowers had arrived at their depot and were waiting to be despatched. 12.30pm the flowers had still not arrived and the order status was still showing as waiting to ship so I called again. I was advised that I should not worry as they had put the flowers on their van and the driver was aware they were being delivered to a business address. I called again at 2.00pm and 3.30pm and was advised the same again. 4.30pm and still no flowers had arrived so I called once more. This time the lady advised me that there were many more customers not happy with the delivery service and that it was due to them being very busy! I am not sure if that was supposed to make me feel better about my flowers not arriving??? I asked why they had taken so many orders if they cannot cope and suggested maybe they should employ more people to manage the amount of orders. This is when I found out the real problem! The lady said to me they used a national delivery company to deliver their orders and advised me it was The Home Delivery Network!! This explained it all, I have never received a delivery from this company on time and have always found them totally unreliable. So to sum up I would recommend Jane Packer flowers to anybody for the excellent quality of flowers they supply. But would not order from them again for a special day whilst they are still using the Home Delivery Network as their couriers. Why ruin such a great product and customers special days by using such a poor delivery company???
If I could give zero stars I would. Have previously ordered with JP who are usually late but always get there. This time I ordered a special Val day arrangement on the 24th of January, you'd think plenty of time for them to get things right?! You even have to pay £5 more than normal delivery as it's Valentine's Day.
Anyway, did they arrive? No they didn't (can't swear here!) Apparently delivering within central London during normal working hours is too much for them. The delivery address was even only 10minutes from their offices! They could have walked it there faster.
Thanks for ruining Valentine's.

I have just received a Jane Packer Delivered bouquet for my birthday, completely beautiful, the driver did get a little lost but was able to call me so I could direct, lovely arrangement with stunning vintage roses, I am a very lucky lady. I would thoroughly recommend them to all my friends.
Bought flowers from Jane Packer Delivered and very disappointed. Not only did they send to wrong address but they sent a completely different bouquet. If you order from them you may not get what you ordered as they have right to change bouquet to whatever they like which in my opinion is pointless. A very misleading site and unless you live in london, flowers will be delivered by external couriers who do not care if they arrive in good condition or even on the day you requested. Be warned.
I ordered some flowers for my mother as she had been unwell and in hospital. The flowers were supposed to be delivered during the day on a Saturday - they did not arrived. I had telephoned in the morning and was advised that they were on their way and again in the afternoon. In the evening I had eft a voicemail message but by Monday at 1000 hours there was still no flowers and I did not receive a telephone call. I called and was told I would be called back. I was advised that the flowers had been delivered to another address on the Saturday which I find difficult to understand as why they did not telephone me on my mobile if the courier had had difficulty finding the address. After many telephone calls later over the course of two days Jane Packer agreed to send out another bouquet but wanted to charge the full amount. After further conversations they agreed to send the flowers free of charge. They were delivered but the flowers were wilted and looked like they had been sitting in the box for a few days and I question if they were the flowers which had been sent out on the Saturday. I took photographs and telephoned again to advise that I was not happy regarding the condition of the bouquet - the new starter/assistant was not interested at all. I was advised that the flowers were sent out by a florist near to mothers address - not a Jane Packer florist. I was so disappointed I decided not to bother sending the photographs and have not used them since. Please do not order from Jane Packer - the flowers are not from Jane Packer and you will be disappointed.
Bought flowers for my wife on Valentine's day this year and they were absolutely amazing. I always buy from Jane Packer Flowers as her range of bouquets are so strong but this year they were exceptional. Found this page while googling for their email address as I want to thank them and thought I would leave them the positive review that they deserve. Was suprised that one of the other customers found the manger to be rude, I haven't experienced this at all, quite the opposite in fact.
I was in jane packers shop yesterday and after speaking to the manager i will not be returning her attitude was so arrogant and nasty she treated me like a criminal she has a real problem and the coldest eye i have ever seen on a person i can't believe someone like that would be employed let alone manage a shop.

I Used to buy flowers from Jane Packer and was always happy but somehow got distracted by other florists offering discounts etc.
Over the last two weeks I have bought two bouquets from Jane Packer, one from the Jane Packer Delivered website and one by directly phoning the shop in London.
Both orders were absolutely fantastic in every sense. I won't stray again. You get what you pay for!
Jane Packer flowers are absolutely fab, my recepient was really delgihted with the beautiful fresh flowers that arrived, packed and boxed up beautifully, would recommend everyone to buy their flowers from Jane Packer
