Bringing the best of the buzzing alternative Tokyo club scene right to your doorstep, the Japan Underground London club night takes place at Bloomsbury Bowling Lanes with plenty of film screenings, cosplay and Japanese style fun.
Tokyo club scene
With live music from Japanese bands, DJ sets, video games and karaoke galore, the Japan Underground London club night is your chance to immerse yourself in the quirky creative alternative culture you might only expect to find in Tokyo. A previous club nights, gaming fans have even been able to try their hand at Mario, Zelda and Street Fighter, as well as have a go at the X-Men vs Street Fighter tournament on the Sega Saturn consoles.
Cosplay and more
Lovers of cosplay can pay tribute to their favourite manga and anime characters by adopting their look at the Japan Underground London event. Meanwhile, there'll be DJ sets featuring the best Japanese rock, indie, electronic and metal music throughout the night.
Live music
The next Japan Underground London event also features live music from the likes of two-piece Japanese rockers Mugen Hoso, with support from the reunited March of the Playwrite. Expect plenty of stage presence and unique music from the bands, as well as DJ sets featuring Japanese rock music all night.
The Japan Underground London club night takes place from 7pm - 12am, Saturday 3rd March 2012. The event is held at The Pipeline, and tickets cost £5.00 on the door.
