If you've gone into a massive post Christmas slump after all the festive and New Years Eve celebrations then fear not, there's still plenty to pique your interest at London pubs and bars in January. The JuJu detox cocktail masterclass is overseen by resident mixologist Christian Ozzanti, who will be introcing a range of fresh and healthy ingredients into the special cocktail recipes.
New year, new you
If you've always wanted to learn how to mix the perfect cocktail, then the JuJu detox cocktail masterclass is your chance to learn a new skill and incorporate it into your new year's health plan. The masterclass will teach budding mixologists how to mix The Green Giant cocktail, which features fresh ginger, green tea and fresh lemon, as well a The Seven Sisters Detox, which uses ginger, ginseng and milk thistle.
Retox
As well as the healthy cocktails, the JuJu detox cocktail masterclass also teaches a couple of indulgent and decadent drink mixes for those who haven't quite finished being naughty. The Apres 8 features caramel and vanilla rum, chocolate syrup, fresh mint and crream milk, while the Alps Hot Chocolate includes Baileys, rum, milk and chocolate sauce for a sinful and calorific experience.
