Not impressed with my visit to Kettners. Our drinks took 25 minutes to arrive! Then the 'medium' burger was well under. Also, the staff were miserable and clumsy. I wouldn't go again.

kettners your back!!

Hooray for the new menu how lovely that you have gone back to being a proper brasserie.

Real french food in oppulent surroundings with value for money to boot!!

I asked one of the staff if I could have a coffee somewhere quiet and they sent me to the appartment...Its like a swish members club but its free..and looking like it could give any of the soho clubs a run for the money, free wifi as well...I am seriously thinking of becoming a devoted Kettners Club member!

Nice job guys, great to have kettners back.

How can you ruin such a pleasant eaterie and so badly ruin it.I had always enjoyed the posh Pizza Express nature of previous version:

Piano, good service, white table cloth and good food with some a la carte added to the usual Pizza Express meal.

What does the new offer? Disappointment The service was poor and the food bland.

The acoustics are ruined by wooden floors and marble tables. This was such a disappointment. Bring back the old Kettners. Unless they do I certainly won't be touching it with a barge pole.

Stylish and sophisticated yet warm and friendly. Kettners has one of the most extensive Champagne lists I have seen in London and is one of my favourite new venues.

Kettners is a very nice bar. It has a good quality range of wines and the new bar is spot on. I have been several times before with work, but the last visit to Kettners was a social evening and it was even more enjoyable.

Having been to Kettner's many times over the years I know that the standard, at best, is variable. However, the new champagne bar is excellent, with an extensive selection and good wine options (the Argentinian red is especially good). But, and it's a big but, recently, The food was extremely poor - the pizzas were wet and soggy and nearly inedible whilst the burgers were bland and just thrown on the plate. The service was also sullen, the waitress unsmiling and speaking only in grunts. We made the best of the evening at Kettners but, once again, were let down by the general substandard of food and service. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Go elsewhere - we shall.

I went to Kettners some time ago. I had never heard of it before so I was shocked to see such a nice posh place with such good prices. I had pizza and a beautiful dessert ( i think it was tiramisu) and had a brilliant time. The pianist was playing and gave a really relaxing atmosphere, even though the restaurant was pretty full. I'm surprised no one has reviewed this fantastic place where the staff are very friendly and the restrooms very posh!
I'll definitely go back to Kettners again!

Kettners is a Pizza Express-like pizza and pasta place, but - get this - they have a live pianist. It's so funny - you can ask him for requests and everything (best done after a glass or two or wine).
It's not upmarket or anything though, Kettners is dead laid back. Just love that piano guy.
