King and I Tickets

The King and I tickets are available to see the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical as it takes to the Royal Albert Hall stage for a strictly limited season. All star cast
Those who pick up The King and I tickets will be treated to the sight and sounds of theatre favourite Maria Friedman, as she treads the boards in the lead role of the British widow and governess, Anna Leonowens. Friedman will be joined on stage by Lost actor Daniel Dae Kim, who will be playing the King of Siam himself, so expect The King and I tickets to be some of the most sought after of the year.

More Rodgers and Hammerstein
After the phenomenal success of Carousel, The King and I is another welcome return of a Rodgers and Hammerstein musical to London theatres. Telling the tale of the love that develops between the King of Siam and the governess who tutors his children, The King and I features many of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s most well-known musical numbers, including Hello Young Lovers, I Whistle a Happy Tune and Getting To Know You.

Behind the scenes talent
This production of The King And I features direction from West End and Broadway stalwart Jeremy Sams, whose recent work has included The Sound of Music and Noises Off. Musical direction comes from Gareth Valentine, with choreography coming from Susan Kikuchi who has been involved with nine international productions of The King and I, so rest assured she knows this musical like the back of her hand.

Great leads
The two leads look set to be the biggest draw, featuring Maria Friedman and Lost star, Daniel Dae Kim. Friedman is well known in the world of theatre and musicals, being nominated for or winning Olivier Awards for her roles in The Woman in White, Ragtime, Chicago, Passion and many more. Daniel Dae Kim is best known for his role in the hit television show, Lost, but has starred in a plethora of other TV shows, including Star Trek, Angel, CSI and more. So rest assured that there is a host of talent both behind the scenes and on the stage.
