The Kitchen Theatres at Covent Garden are a fantastic part of the Night Markets taking place throughout August. Featuring a selection of talented celebrity chefs, the Kitchen Theatres at Covent Garden are sure to inspire you onto create some delicious dishes in your own kitchen.

On every Thursday and Friday night until the 29th August, the Night Market provides you with a chance to sample and buy some of the best and freshest produce in London. Filling up the historic piazza with oysters, game, bread and cakes, you can get your hands on the ingredients before the Kitchen Theatres at Covent Garden show you what to do with it.

First to appear at the series of Kitchen Theatres is the head chef of Konstam, Ollie Rowe. Renowned for sourcing his food from within or as close as possible to the M25, Ollie will no doubt inspire those who are conscious of their food miles and carbon footprint. Ollie Rowe will be taking the Kitchen Theatre at Covent Garden on Thursday 7th August.

The Hairy Bikers will be bringing their unorthadox approach to all things culinary to the piazza on Friday 15th August. Popular with blokes who love their curries and their motorbikes, the Bikers are sure to beef up the proceedings with some manly cookery.

Dubbed by Channel 4 as the new Willie Wonka, Willie Harcourt-Cooze is bringing his 100 percent Venezuelan Black to Covent Garden for everyone to try. Sound dubious? No, it's not anything illegal, Venezuelan Black is Willie's fantastic pure chocolate that has been selling like hot cakes from the shelves of Selfridges since Christmas. Willie and his chocolate will be in residence on Friday 22nd August.

The last of the celebrity chefs to host one of the Kitchen Theatres at Covent Garden is the head chef of St John restaurant, who is famous for his philosophy of nose to tail eating, where all or as much as possible of the animal is consumed. He will be at Covent Garden on Friday 29th August.

All the Kitchen Theatres at Covent Garden take place at 6.30pm, with the Night Markets open 3pm - 10pm on Thursdays and 12pm - 9pm on Fridays.

Stalls at the market include: Spore Boys, Primrose Bakery, Northfields Farm, Creme de la Crepe, Ash Green Organics, Artisan Foods, Melt Chocolate, McManus Oysters, Primal Snacks, Primrose Bakery, Violet Cakes, Cinnamon Tree Bakery, Rainha Santa, German Deli and Christian Penwill.
