The Kooks got together in 2004 as students at the Brighton Institute of Modern Music and were soon signed to Virgin records, with their first album selling over a million copies and going triple platinum. After sell out shows in both the US and the UK, The Kooks released their most recent album, Konk, to considerable critical acclaim.
