The 2011 La Dolce Vita sees the return of the drinks academy, where experts will be on hand to help visitors to explore wine from across Italy.

Also on hand to complement the corking cooking will be a selection of authentic Italian producers who will be making their way to the UK to introduce their wares, so expect chocolates, breads, Italian nougats, cheeses, herbs and much more. La Dolce Vita tickets are available for the event taking place at the Business Design Centre from Thursday 10th March - Sunday 13th March 2011.
