Start the smoking ban in style as the Naval and Military club opens its doors to the public for the Last Cigar Dinner. Guests will dine on a sumptuous three course meal with three Havana cigars. Afterwards the black tie diners will be summoned by a final bugle call to smoke their cigars on the terrace at midnight.
