Hi Echangela We are really sorry that you did not enjoy your experience at London College of Beauty Therapy’s Student Salon, and appreciate your feedback, so that we can look in to this issue. If you were unhappy with your treatment and experience at the Salon, I would urge you to bring this up after your treatment in the feedback session with the learners lecturer. I would however like to reiterate that all the therapists (staff in white uniforms) at LCBT’s salon are still in training and therefore are also learning customer service skills – although this does not excuse the experience you received. While we appreciate you did not enjoy your last experience with us, we would love for you to come back for a complimentary treatment, to see if we can change your mind. Very unprofessional staff. Staff resembled unruly school children screaming and shouting. My experience was that I had to wait for ages to get seen. When I was actually seen, by a tanorexic member of staff who took one look at me and said as she went back inside the open salon - "Oh...I really don't want to do her facial, can someone else do my facials." Steamer machine broke down twice and there was a tension between me and my beauty therapist. She kept leaving the room and did not know anything about the products she was using on me.I could do a better DIY cleansing facial at home on myself! Never going there again!
