Sing your heart out this Easter with a special Lee Mead singalong at London Zoo. The musical stage star is being joined by whistling champion Michael Barimo, and will be helping children and their families sing as well as their favourite characters from the 3rd & Bird television show.

3rd & Bird
Giving kids and their families the chance to sing together in a session inspired by the popular children's programme 3rd & Bird, the Lee Mead singalong at London Zoo takes place during the Easter holidays. Also starring Muffin from 3rd & Bird, the singalong session takes place within the Mappin Pavilion and includes a free guided tour of the Blackburn Pavilion Aviary afterwards, so kids can meet some real life exotic birds face to face.

Star performers
Led by the Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat star, the Lee Mead singalong at London Zoo also features whistling champion Michael Barimo, the resident bird whistler on 3rd & Bird and trained opera singer in his own right. The team will help parents and children sing like their favourite animal characters from the television show.

The Lee Mead singalong at London Zoo starts 12.15pm, Sunday 11th April 2010. The event is free to attend once in the zoo, but spaces must be reserved in advance by emailing 3rdandbird@singing-along.com. The singalong session is intended for children aged 2 - 5 and their carers.

Adult tickets for the London Zoo cost £18.00, while a child's ticket costs £15.00. For more information and to book tickets, click on the link below.
