Feast your eyes on a variety of live burlesque and cabaret performances at the London Burlesque Week 2011. Born out of the sell out London Burlesque Festivals of previous years, the week long series of events celebrates talent from around the world.

London Burlesque Festival mark two
Promising even more glitz, glamour, striptease and vaudeville performances than last year's event, London Burlesque Week is the brainchild of veteran festival producer Chaz Royal. The festival showcases the best of British burlesque and also welcomes acts from around the world.

Highlight events
Back once again after success at previous London Burlesque Festival events, showcases such as the Best of the UK are bound to be popular once more. Last year's London Burlesque Week saw British performers such as Follie Dollies, Missy Fatale, Dolly Blow Up and Miss Rose Thorne perform live alongside acts such as Princess Angelique, Tallulah Mockingbird, Slinky Sparkles and Hotcake Kitty, and even more cabaret and burlesque stars are expected on the lineup for 2011.

Cabaret acts
Expect to see a variety of seductive and creative cabaret acts at London Burlesque Week. Last year, Missy Macabre, Maleficent Martini and the Hocus Pocus Theatre appeared live as well as Frank Sanazi, who presented his Sinatra and Hitler fused lounge act. Empress Stah also performed in a show that is certainly not going to be for the faint hearted, and you can expect to see even more innovative and risque acts for 2011.

Venues
With special events taking place across the city, you're bound to find something to arouse your interest at the week long burlesque showcase. Venues hosting events include the Coronet, Bush Hall, Madame JoJos, and the HMS President war boat moored near Victoria Embankment.
