Venues across London
With pop up bars, masterclasses, limited edition cocktails and more, London Cocktail Week is a must for any truly discerning cocktail connoisseur. The festival makes a welcome return to London in October 2011, with over 100 bars across London taking part in all the special events.
Cocktails galore
With everything from a pop up bar at Selfridges to specialist masterclasses, London Cocktail Week is certainly going all out to attract the most stylish and original bars around. A number of exclusive member's bars will also be opening their doors to the public during the festival, and expert mixologists, distillers and blenders will also be sharing their knowledge on cocktails and spirits.
The Reserve Bar at Selfridges
The pop up Reserve Bar at Selfridges is bound to be a hub of activity during London Cocktail Week, as it's here that you can collect your festival wristband before heading out to enjoy a day of cocktail themed fun. The pop up is themed as a retro speakeasy style bar.
Whisky Show
This year's London Cocktail Week launches at The Whisky Show at Vinopolis, where you can sample some of the best whiskies and whisky based cocktails around. Another highlight of the 2011 festival will be the Routemaster buses which will be offering free transportation between bars, with mini cocktails available at the bus stops while you wait.
RumFest
If rum's more your thing, you can also book tickets for RumFest and treat yourself to a delicious array of rum based cocktails. From Daiquiris to Mojitos, there's bound to be something to suit your palate at Olympia.
RumFest London
London Cocktail Week runs from Friday 7th October - Sunday 16th October 2011. Registration for the festival wristband is free before 10th September, and £10.00 after, while ticket prices for individual tastings, masterclasses and special events vary.
