The 2011 London International Fine Art Fair takes place at Olympia and brings to the city a whole host of fine art and antiques for collectors and dealers to enjoy. Featuring art from over 180 dealers, the fair will welcome over 30,000 buyers during the course of its residence, making it one of the biggest art and antiques events to take place in the capital.

Every summer Olympia goes all up market for 10 days as the London International Fine Art Fair hits town. Whether you have a long held interest in fine art and antiques, or simply like buying pretty things for your home, there is bound to be plenty to interest you here.
Prestigious history
Having taken place for the last 38 years the London International Fine Art Fair returns to Olympia once more this year with a prestigious mix of objet d'art. A Mecca for any designers, curators and buyers, the fair regularly features a wide range of paintings, sculpture, furniture, modern design, jewellery, silver, textiles and books, along with many other antique items.
International art
As the title suggest, if you want international art, then the London International Fine Art Fair is the place to come. Mixing up both British and international art dealers, the fair exhibits items ranging from Chinese ceramics to Old Masters paintings, English oak to Art Deco jewellery, meaning you can browse a global and historical selection of artefacts to your hearts content.
Famous faces
Fans of silver, jewellery, kitchenalia and contemporary art at previous fairs have extend to include the likes of various celebrities have made appearances. Mick Jagger, Dustin Hoffman, Elizabeth Hurley, Bryan Ferry, Oprah Winfrey, Jasper Conran and Piers Morgan have all visited the fair to check out some of the finest British art from 1900 onwards.
Exhibition events
For those that don't know their Tiffany from their Wedgewood, there is plenty of opportunity for visitors to the London International Fine Art Fair to brush up on their antiques knowledge. A series of talks and lectures from some of the best in the business will help you out with your buying decisions, and there will even be some speakers from the Sotheby's Institute on hand to give your their advice.
The London International Fine Art Fair takes place from 11am - 7pm, Monday - Friday, with late night opening until 9pm on Tuesday 14th June and early closing at 5pm on Sunday 19th June 2011. The fair is runs from Friday 10th June - Sunday 19th June 2011.
